CritCase is still in development. The app is not yet publicly available. The guides below describe app features and are relevant if you already have access to a test version. See the launch status.

Restore purchases
Bought CritCase Pro and switched devices, reinstalled the app or signed in with a new account? You can restore your purchase without paying again.
Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought the subscription with.
The app checks for a valid purchase with the App Store or Google Play. Restoring purchases does not renew an expired subscription.
Still not working? Make sure you are signed in to the App Store or Google Play with the right account, and otherwise contact us at support@critcase.app.
How duels work
In a duel you challenge a colleague or fellow student on exactly the same questions, so you can compare results.
Go to Challenges and create a new duel. You get a short code.
Send the code or link to whoever you want to challenge. The link displays the challenge code. The app is still in development, so the recipient must already have access to a test version to use the code.
You both answer the same questions, and the app shows who did best.
Delete account and data
You can delete your account and active app data. The guide explains what is deleted and which limited records may be retained. Read more on Delete account and data.
Subscription and billing
Your subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play. You can view, change or cancel it as follows:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

CritCase is a learning and practice tool, not a clinical reference. Always follow local procedures and prescriptions in real patient care.
