Restore purchases
Bought CritCase Pro and switched devices, reinstalled the app or signed in with a new account? You can restore your purchase without paying again.
Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought the subscription with.
Your subscription is fetched from the App Store or Google Play and activated again.
Still not working? Make sure you are signed in to the App Store or Google Play with the right account, and otherwise contact us at support@critcase.app.
How duels work
In a duel you challenge a colleague or fellow student on exactly the same questions, so you can compare results.
Go to Challenges and create a new duel. You get a short code.
Send the code or link to whoever you want to challenge. If they do not have the app, they get help downloading it first.
You both answer the same questions, and the app shows who did best.
Delete account and data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. See the full guide on Delete account and data.
Subscription and billing
Your subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play. You can view, change or cancel it as follows:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
