Delete account and data
How to delete all your data from CritCase.
Delete everything from the app (recommended)
The easiest way to delete all your data — both locally and from the cloud — is directly in the app:
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete all my data. This deletes:
- All local game data (points, level, achievements, statistics)
- Your leaderboard entry from the server
- All your challenges from the server
- Your anonymous account
- All settings and preferences
Everything is deleted immediately — you do not need to contact us separately. The app handles deletion of both local and cloud data in one step.
Other options
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Reset progress. This only deletes local game data, but keeps cloud data (leaderboard, challenges).
By uninstalling CritCase from your device, all local data is permanently deleted. Cloud data is not automatically deleted when uninstalling.
Manual deletion request
If you cannot use the app (e.g. after uninstalling), you can request deletion of cloud data via email:
Email: support@critcase.app
We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
Cancelling subscription
If you have a CritCase Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately:
Go to Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad. Find CritCase and tap "Cancel Subscription".
Go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions. Find CritCase and tap "Cancel".
⚠️ Important: Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately via the App Store or Google Play.
